Hat Check Girl: a SilentFilm app #digitalstory

Today I decided to have some impromptu fun with my daughter, some fascinators and other hats, and the SilentFilm app by Cateater

There’s another Silent Film app out there that looks even swankier – this Wired review talks more about it.

This took about 10 minutes, including upload!

I did have my students use this in part of a longer movie production. They simply uploaded shorter clips to YouTube and then strung them together in YouTube editor.

TIPS: It helps to exaggerate (no prob for my daughter) and move around more than usual to get that 1920’s feel.

So cute! Your daughter is definitely not shy in front of the camera. Nice job.
